Could you tell me about the web authentication error (ERR 〇〇〇〇) at the time of installation?
A.
When installing an EA or web authentication compatible indicator, there are cases where an error message "ERR〇〇〇〇ot; (where 〇 is a number) is displayed.

・ERR2001→Authentication failed - sufficient authentication information. Please contact us from the site.
・ERR2002→Authentication failed - Sales ID coud not be obtained correctly. Please contact us from the site.
・ERR2003→Authentication failed - Product ID could not b obtained correctly. Please contact us from the site.
・ERR2004→Authentication failed -The account number could not beobtained correctly. Please contact us from the site.
・ERR2005→Authentication failed - The account company could not b obtained correctly. Please contact us from the site.
・ERR2006→Authentication failed - The e-mail address could not b obtained correctly. Please contact us from the site.
・ERR2011→Authentication failed - The sales ID is invalid. Pleas contact us from the site.
・ERR2012→Authentication failed - Product ID is invalid. Please contact us from the site.・ERR2021→Authentication failed - The sales ID is invalid. Please contact us from the site.
・ERR2101→authentication iled - product has been invalidated* 1 .
・ERR2201→Authentication failed - Brokername and account number could not be obtained. EA, please remove the indicator once and apply it again.
・ERR2211→Authntication failed - Account number is not registered.
・ERR2221→Authentication failed - Another account number has alredy been registered. Please change the account number from the site * 2 .
・ERR260→Authentication failed - Please apply for an account number from My Page.
・ERR2701→Authentication failed - Error conncting to the authentication server.
・ERR2801→authentication failed - processing error.

(Select the terminal from "View" in the upper left of MT4 → The terminal window will be displayed at the bottom of MT4 → Select the expert → Right click in the margin → Click Open → The log for each date will be displayed, so please install the product Copy the log of the day → send it from the inquiry form)
