Where can I put the indicator authentication file AUTH_INDICATOR.EX4?

"Authentication file" is required for indicators with web authentication that is sold by December 2016 and has not been updated.
In the download page, if "Auth_indicator.ex4" can be downloaded as "authentication file" in addition to the product file, the
authentication file is MT4. Please put it in the MQL4-Libraries folder.
