Java may not be up to date. Make Java the latest version. Also, if you change the password of FX-ON, the password for logging in is the same as the password purchased from FX-On, and then change the password to log in.
Others may be insufficient in
memory, such as virus check software and other applications.
Some users have no response so far, but there are cases where
it started to start up.
