Additionally, sellers are subject to various evaluations in the community section on the product page, and their knowledge, responses, and characteristics are disclosed to purchasers and registered members who have not yet made a purchase. The total number of product reviews, including those that are not displayed due to sellers not posting them, is shown. The discrepancy between the total number and the number of reviews actually displayed allows users viewing the product page to infer various things from the difference.
