I made a bank transfer on a holiday. Why isn’t it reflected in 10 minutes as stated?

A.
Except during maintenance periods of our partner banks, if your bank processes the transfer on holidays or public holidays, it should be automatically reflected and available for use. If the payment is not reflected, it is likely because your bank has not processed the transfer in a timely manner.
