From Europe to London, the yen appreciated against the dollar across the board. From Europe to the close in New York, the yen appreciated against the dollar across the board.

The dollar is weak throughout the day.

There is a current report that the Bank of Japan has executed a rate check on the Euroyen. In NY time, the dollar was sold after the PPI announcement. Short-term interest rates on US Treasuries have fallen.
