The dollar is weak in the morning in Tokyo. As European time approaches, the dollar strengthens due to euro selling and pound selling. From NY to London fixes, the dollar appreciated across the board. The dollar was strong at the close in NY.
The daily balance changed to sell the Aussie Yen at 97.83, sell the pound at 1.2652, and sell the Aussie at 0.6628, moving to an overnight position.
The sell-off of US bonds and rising interest rates had a strong impact.
