Trading was a job that decided not "how to win" but "how to lose."
Trading was a job that decided “how you lose” rather than “how you win.”
What I realized after I started winning
Trading wasn’t a game of thinking about “how to win.”
It was actually a job of deciding “how to lose.”
Even when you lose, the wounds are shallow
If you hit, you can take a decent profit
It feels like you’re searching for these conditions
So, instead of asking
“Which strategy has a higher win rate?”
it’s better to ask
“How much do I lose if I’m wrong?”
I began to prefer fighting only in places where losses wouldn’t sting
That’s why you can survive even during a losing streak
And ultimately, you leave with profit
When I was a beginner, I admired an 80% win rate, but
now my concern is “How much do I lose if I lose once?”
Strangely, it isn’t a constant feeling of “winning,” but
the sense that I’m “controlling losses well.”
Treat loss as normal
and you can stay profitable overall
Those who chase wins incur losses
Those who manage losses keep profits
I think the market is often that kind of world
The more you grow as a professional and increase your assets,
the less obsessed you become with simply winning
The methods I am currently practicing are here
(I have also added a currency-strength filter here)
★★ Steady trading with only +10 pips per day (2–5 hours a day) ★★
I took two methods taught by a real pro trader (my mentor),
combined them to the best parts, and
added logic that clarifies entry points
Trading not to “win” but to “earn”
Trade with only the expectation of long positions where the upside potential is high
